Cancellation Policy

We understand that things can happen that cause plans to change. Once we have scheduled and confirmed your appointment: All cancelations require notice two or more days before the first day of your scheduled service. All cancelations made less than 24 hours before the first day of your scheduled service will be charged 100% scheduled service. All cancelations made less than two days before the first day of your scheduled service will be charged 100% of the first day's fee plus 15% of the remaining scheduled service.
